Root to Bloom is a women-founded, BIPOC consulting collective dedicated to bridging resources to purpose. Rooted in multidisciplinarity, planet-consciousness, gender & racial equity, we are on a mission to nurture an ecosystem of purpose leaders grounded in a brave vision of social impact. We work with nonprofit purpose leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs of color to secure long-term financial sustainability. We also partner with philanthropic purpose leaders to co-create strategies that better support the visionaries they fund.

Root to Bloom works with non-profit purpose leaders with a bold mission to impact their communities. We back the dreamers, the doers, and the visionaries of our time. Our goal is to resource their vision and sharpen it into feasible, fundable, achievable action plans. We are especially passionate about partnering with leaders who have historically had less access to capital and resources.

For Philanthropic Purpose Leaders

We support philanthropic purpose leaders: funders, donors, and foundations ready to give with intention. Root to Bloom co-creates impactful giving strategies, coaches teams on fundraising skills building, as well as supports fruitful, sustainable, and meaningful partnerships with non-profit purpose leaders. Our approach is purpose- and context-driven: we start with why you give and where your resources can grow.
